The white wines are palatable for body and soul - Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Silvaner and Rivaner are among the classics that they expand in stainless steel. The red wines - Merlot or Cabernet-Sauvignon, Pinot Meunier, St. Laurent or Dornfelder - are in full bouquet and taste.
